The Victorian Butterfly

The Victorian Butterfly

One of the most unique and beautiful acts in Burlesque, this ethereal and haunting performance is evocative of Victorian burlesque performed in the decaying splendour of an old music hall - an alluring figure reminiscent of Mata Hari and Loie Fuller, she dances balletically en pointe, with a unique fusion of veil dancing, Isis and fan-dancing styles. Butterflies really 'fly' from her hands and out from the garments she removes, as she unfurls 8ft butterfly wings: a breathtaking vision under the lights... The ultimate Victorian showgirl.
