The Swan Bride

inspired by Louise Brooks and the lost beauties of Alfred Cheney Johnson’s photographs of Ziegfeld starlets, in this elegant Burlesque Performance things are not always what they seem: at first opulently attired in a 1920s wedding gown with a spectacular headdress and a cloak that transforms into Isis wings, she changes into a seductive swan on her wedding night! Her arms are be-decked with feathers to create a set of unusual wings and, in her Swarowski-sprinkled lingerie (also adorned with genuine 1920s embroidery and beading), she performs a graceful 'fan-dance' with these before dancing with her 6ft white ostrich feather fans: climaxing with the throwing of the bouquet... A vision in silk, tulle and diamonds, that truly brings the Silver Screen to Life!

Also available in a seasonal version as ‘The Winter Bride’.

*this can be performed in a ‘PG’ version.
